The terms and conditions applicable to the use of this site belonging to FanOnGo are set here. Your use of this site and participation in the FanOnGo sweepstakes, contests, or other promotions contained on or available through this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions and will give rise to a binding contract between FanOnGo (also referred to as "We," "Us," or "Our") and you (also referred to as "You" or "User"), referred to below as this "Agreement."
Accepting terms
FanOnGo is a part of g33 INC. , and it owns and operates this website, and included are all the services provided. Please carefully read through these terms of use before using the service provided by entering FanOnGo sweepstakes. By clicking the "Enter Now" button you agree to these terms of use, and if you do not agree to all the terms of use, then you may not use this site or services provided by FanOnGo. Any added terms or conditions required for participation in FanOnGo sweepstakes that may be issued in the future, as we have the right to do so, will be made known to our users on the website. That way sports fans are aware and informed, they can consent to and be in agreement with said terms before entering in to the sweepstakes.
Eligibility Requirements
To participate in FanOnGo paid entry sweepstakes you must be able to show and prove:
-That you are willing to abide by FanOnGo user terms upon entry into the sweepstakes.
-That you are at least 18 years old.
-That you are a citizen or resident of the United States of America or Canada. Also, that you have a verifiable address in the United States of America or Canada, and not a mailbox. In other words, that you physically live there at the time of entry into FanOnGo sweepstakes.
-That you are in full compliance with the laws set in any area of the United States of America or Canada that you currently reside in before any paid entry into this sweepstakes. Also, that you are not in trouble with or wanted by any law enforcement agency or any Governmental authority. This includes complete compliance with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) at all times.
Failure to meet these eligibility requirements above prevents you from any participation in the FanOnGo sweepstakes. Proof that you met the eligibility requirements to participate in the sweepstakes may be requested by FanOnGo before the winning sports fan receives any prize. Failure to disclose these requirements requested by FanOnGo, and the manner it is requested, within the stated time period may result in the withholding of cash prizes by FanOnGo as we have the legal right to do so. Whatever cash prize is withheld will be paid out to another fan that meets these eligibility requirements, and participated in the sweepstakes upon FanOnGo discretion.
Employees at FanOnGo are not permitted to enter into the sweepstakes. Other than that, anybody who meets the eligibility requirements is welcome to enter at any time for a chance to win real cash and other prizes.
Paid Entry
To participate in FanOnGo, you must fill out an entry form and buy a ticket to enter into the sweepstakes. FanOnGo requires that any information provided on the entry form is current and accurate, and by submitting and paying for your entry you consent and agree that you provided current and accurate information to FanOnGo and PayPal our financial affiliate. Any information that is considered inaccurate, incomplete or false by FanOnGo will lead to entry denial and withdrawal from the sweepstakes.
Refunds
You can have your paid entry refunded to you upon request with no questions asked within 1 day after you made the purchase.
Payment/Withdrawal of Prizes
Winners of the FanOnGo weekly sweepstakes are posted on our website and social media.
FanOnGo uses PayPal as an affiliate in handling all financial transactions. We use PayPal in order to ensure that these transactions are made in a very secure and timely manner, for all fans participating in our sweepstakes. Winners of Our weekly sweepstakes winners are paid their winnings(cash prizes) through PayPal. The winners do not need to have a PayPal account already, they can create a free account with PayPal upon being notified of their winning, and PayPal gives a step by step direction on how to set up an account. With that account set up they can receive their winnings, link the account to any other Bank account or credit card.
On FanOnGo sole discretion, we can make other arrangements for winners in our sweepstakes to receive their winnings. To do this, We may request an affidavit of eligibilty, appropriate tax forms, forms of identification which may include a driver's license, proof of residence to be released to FanOnGo. Failure to comply with this will result in the removal and forfeiture of any winnings.
All the taxes associated with the reception of any cash prize are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). In any circumstance that the awarding of any cash prizes to winners of Sweepstakes is challenged by any legal authority or entity, FanOnGo has the right to determine whether or not to award the cash prizes.
Transfer or substitution of the prizes won by the winner(s), is not permitted.
Disqualification
We at FanOnGo have the right to disqualify you from participating in the sweepstakes for any of the following reasons which are based on our own standard and discretion, so anything we see as improper or unfair can result in your disqualification even if you are a winner in the sweepstakes. The reasons include false information presented(either falsifying information or using somebody else's information), failure to meet eligibility requirements, failure to pay for entry into the sweepstakes, and for failure to meet any request that is made by FanOnGo. Also, any individual together with any affiliates identified and implicated, in any actions detrimental to the running of FanOnGo sweepstakes through our website will be disqualified, and FanOnGo will press charges against that individual and their affiliates.
Cancellation
FanOnGo reserves the right to cancel sweepstakes based on our judgement with no restrictions. If the performance of any part of this agreement by FanOnGo is prevented, hindered, delayed or otherwise made impracticable by reason of any flood, riot, fire, judicial or governmental action, labor disputes, act of God or any other cause or causes beyond our control, we shall be excused to the extent that we are prevented, hindered or delayed by such cause or causes. In the event of such circumstances which hinder or delay FanOnGo performance, we will, if possible, try and post this information on our website.
Publicity
Your acceptance of any prize from this site shall, except for were it is prohibited by the statute of the law, will constitute a grant to FanOnGo the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, in any media form presently known or discovered in the future at any time, your name, picture, likeness, sound(voice) and biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation and without additional consent.
By using FanOnGo website and participating in the FanOnGo sweepstakes or any other promotion that is available on our website, you consent in giving us the right, without any obligation to compensate you, to publish, disclose, use, copy, show, display, print or distribute your first name, first letter of the last name, location which includes city and state, the amount of any prize won from the sweepstakes.
The views expressed by the different people who use FanOnGo site do not necessarily reflect our views.
Proprietary Rights
All or portions of this site are proprietary to FanOnGo and are protected by intellectual property laws and treaties, of which include, copyright, trademark, trade secret and patent laws. You agree to use this site for your own personal use only and shall not copy, duplicate, modify any portion of this site belonging to FanOnGo, for any purpose unless we have give you the right with express written permission to do so.
Security Enforcement
Any actual and/or attempted unauthorized use of this site will result in criminal and civil prosecution. This will include without any limitation, punishment under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986. FanOnGo reserves the right to view, monitor and record activity on this site without notice or permission from you. Information obtained through monitoring, reviewing or recording is subject to review by law enforcement organizations in connection with investigation or prosecution of possible criminal activity on this site. FanOnGo will comply with all court orders involving requests for such information.
Policy on Fraud Activity

Anyone who is considered to engage, participate or display any behavior that FanOnGo can interprete as, based on our dicretion, the use of unfair, improper or unauthorized methods or activities on this site, including the use of unauthorized or altered software or hardware, accessing this site from an otherwise ineligible location or IP address, using automated technology, proxy servers or other means to conceal your identity, gives you an unfair advantage, or constitutes the commission of fraud or harassment of other participants, posting of objectionable material, any breach of this agreement, any breach of the security of this site or any other activity that FanOnGo considers to be abusive shall be subject to immediate sanction or punishment. This will include removal of any entries submitted, making them invalid thereby non eligible to win any prizes. Any invalid entries that have won will be voided and be reported as a losing result, along with any prizes, winnings and any other thing valuable that you may otherwise have been entitled to receive. Prizes, winnings or anything of value already received by you may be recouped by FanOnGo.
3rd Party Advertising and Services
FanOn Go may post advertisements from and by third parties on this site. Your dealings with advertisers found on this site are solely between you and the advertiser. You agree that FanOnGo will not be responsible for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any dealings with advertisers on this site. Also, FanOnGo will not be responsible or liable for the statements or conduct of any third party on this site.

FanOnGo makes no representations or warranties with respect to such third parties. Redistribution

Events beyond Our Control
You quickly release FanOnGo from any claim of harm as it results from a cause that is beyond FanOnGo control, and this includes, but not limited to, failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines, telephone or other interconnect problems, computer viruses, unauthorized access, theft, operator errors, severe weather, earthquakes, or natural disasters, strikes, or other labor problems, wars or governmental restrictions.
Indemnity
You agree to release and to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FanOnGo together with its subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies, as well as the officers, directors, employees, shareholders and representatives of any of the foregoing entities, from and against any and all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, costs that include but are not limited to attorneys’ fees and court costs, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever arising or resulting from your use of the site, your violation of these terms of use, your receipt, ownership, use or misuse of any prize, and any of your acts or omissions that implicate publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. FanOnGo reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you and, in such case, you agree to cooperate with us in the defense of such matter.

No third party beneficiaries
You agree that no provision of this Agreement is intended to create, or creates, any rights in or benefits to any third party except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms.
Waiver and Severability of Terms
If FanOnGo fails to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms, it will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms is found by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the arbitrator or court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms remain in full force and effect.
Statute of Limitations
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of the Service or the Terms must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
Neutral Document
No provision of this Agreement, the Sweepstakes Rules and Facts or the Privacy Policy shall be interpreted or construed against FanOnGo because we drafted it, and it shall be interpreted in a neutral manner.
